Submit your institution’s financial contact information

Participating OCIP researchers will have the option to be selected as ‘experts’ who can complete a Scope of Work. In this activity, they will assess the feasibility of Innovation Challenges submitted by Ontario organizations. This work will be paid at a flat rate of $2500 per Scope of Work (SoW). Once the SoW is complete, OCIP will use the contact information provided in this form to request the submission of an invoice.

To facilitate payment for these SoWs, our team requires the contact information for an individual who will act as the financial representative on behalf of your institution. This contact will be the individual listed in OCIP to receive invoice requests and respond to any financial inquiries from the OCIP team. Therefore, it is critical this contact has the authority and knowledge to generate invoices and answer any invoice related questions (if required) on behalf of your designated institution.
